Cut the end of the paper to
an arrow. Insert the paper
in the printer. Paper should
be directed from the rear to
the front.
ImmunoCAP Holder Disc

NOTE! The ImmunoCAP
Holder Disc is fragile and
should be handled as glass.
Replace if dropped on floor.
NOTE! Before closing the pro-
cessing lid, check that the
Wash Rake is not in its top or
bottom position, otherwise
it might break something in-
side. The Wash Rake can be
moved manually and should
be set in a middle position.
Elution Wells Disc
Do not exchange Elution Wells Disc between
instruments. Write the serial number of the
instrument on the Elution Wells Disc.

Take out Elution Wells
Disc and ImmunoCAP Holder
Disc from the accessory box
and place them in the Process-
ing Chamber. Place the
ImmunoCAP Holder Disc on
top of the Elution Wells Disc
in the Processing Chamber.
Align the guide posts.
Combined together they are
called ImmunoCAP Carousel.

Take out the Immuno-
CAP Waste Container and
place it in the left corner at the
front of the Processing Cham-
ber. Make sure that the
ImmunoCAP Waste Con-
tainer is hanging loosely un-
der the instrument.

Load the paper roll as described in chapter 11, Main-
tenance.

Fill the Rinse Solution
Bottle with purified water and
the Washing Solution Bottle
with the appropriate Wash-
ing Solution.
For preparation of the Wash-
ing Solution, please read the
Directions for Use in the
ImmunoCAP Washing Solu-
tion kit.
16.
Connect the tubings with
the correct bottles. See colours
on bottles and tubings for guid-
ance.
Place the two multilingual bio-
hazard labels on each side of
the waste bottle.
