5.7.1

Measurement with Injectors

The injectors of the

INFINITE M1000 PRO

can be used with the following

measurement modes: Fluorescence Intensity top and bottom, Time Resolved
Fluorescence, Absorbance, Flash and Glow Type Luminescence and Dual-color
Luminescence. However, as the measurement position is not the same as the
injector position, a short time delay (approx. < 0.5 s) between injection and
reading occurs.
