You can change the following settings:
NET This option allows you to change the Ethernet addresses.
SNMP If you need to identify the library’s SNMP settings to an application,
you can view the settings and change them, if desired.
Setting Description
To change these setting via the front panel, see “Setting
Ethernet Configuration Options” on page 63 .
Static IP If you are using static addressing (DHCP off), specify the values
for this address. If you are using dynamic addressing, specify 0
for this address.
Subnet
Mask If you are using static addressing (DHCP off), specify the values
for this address. If you are using dynamic addressing, specify 0
for this address.
Gateway If you are using static addressing (DHCP off), specify the values
for this address. If you are using dynamic addressing, specify 0
for this address.
DHCP If you are using dynamic addressing (DHCP on), this field
indicates the IP address. The default setting for the library is
DHCP enabled.
Note: If the DHCP address changes during your session, you
will need to check the new address on the library’s
LCD (see
page 137 ) and re-direct your browser to the
new address.
