NVELOPES
You can print envelopes from Tray 1 (Multipurpose Tray).
Use only undamaged envelopes that are recommended for
laser printers.
1. Open Tray 1 and pull out the tray extender (A) .
2. Open and extend the Face-up Output Tray in back of the
printer
(B) .
3. Fan the envelope stack (C) .
4. Load envelopes flap-side down against the left tray edge
(D) . The stamp area is on the left side of the envelope and
it enters Tray 1 first.
5. Adjust the Width Guide to the envelope stack (E) .
6. Configure the paper source, type and size in the printer
driver, see page 42 for details
(F) .
7. After printing, close Tray 1.
note:
Do not load any more than
10 envelopes from Tray 1.
