Z Home Sensor

Removing the Z home sensor

1.

Open the chamber door.

2.

Lower the Z stage all of the way down.

3.

Disconnect the Z home sensor cable by pressing in on the tab and pulling outward. See 

Figure 4-238.

5.

Remove the Z home sensor.

Installing the Z home sensor

1.

Align the Z home sensor with the mounting hole. 

2.

Reinstall the mounting screw with a 1/4” nut driver or standard screwdriver. 

3.

Reconnect the Z home cable. 

4.

Close the chamber door.

Disconnect Z Home 
cable
