9.5
Recording of analog measured line values
9.5.1
Recording of analog measured line values with PM4000 U/I
Note
For recording analog measured line values, a PM4000 U/I must be available.
Line current
Three inputs are available for recording measured current values. lL1, lL2, and lL3 can be
connected. The measuring range (current converter output) is adjustable.
The value measured at the current converter output is displayed, not the value on the
primary side. The latter must be determined by the user him/herself (transformation ratio of
current converter).
Two measured values are determined for each current input:
●
Measured value averaged over 16 half-waves
●
Measured value averaged over one control period of a power output (100 half-waves)
The measured current values are not linked to the functionality of the heating control. Further
processing must be carried out by the user.
Application example:
●
Recording of the control currents for detecting defective heating elements with parallel
switching of multiple heating elements at one output
Supply voltage
Four inputs are available for the recording of measured voltage values. It is possible to
connect UL1, UL2, UL3 and N. Measurement can be performed in a star or delta circuit.
The voltage measurement values are linked with the functionality of the heating control:
Monitoring ofline voltage range (Page 147) andline voltage compensation (Page 139).
Note
During configuration, "delta" must be configured for the connection. Otherwise the heating
control does not function.
