The RTS is a TTL level signal and can be used to control another half duplex device based on this signal. It is enabled
when you transmit and is disabled all other times. Unlike with the CM 1241 RS232, there is no user control of this signal
on the CM 1241 RS485. You cannot set it manually or cause it to be extended.
