General parameters Description
Tube type Preset standard tube type
Auto logout time After the specified time, the BWTC logs out
automatically if no user activity happens
Language Operator control language
The language is updated in the operator control when
the machine is switched on and switched off.
DHCP If the device is connected to a DHCP server and the
user would like to work with a dynamically assigned IP,
the check box must be activated.
MAC address This address only needs to be adjusted if two devices in
the same network have the same MAC address. The
MAC addresses are assigned by the manufacturer and
every device has its own address.
Static IP address If the DHCP is off, then the user with this address can
log in on the machine via Web browser
Static subnet mask Subnet mask of the local network
Static default
gateway address Address of a possible gateway
Static server address Address of the DHCP server Is used if DHCP is activated.
Weld Log Screen
If check box is active, a weld log screen will be shown
after each weld with according informations.
Only a specialist can modify the network settings . Improper use can cause
the machine to stop responding via the Web browser . New network
parameters are accepted when the machine is switched on and off .
6.3.6 User login/logout
Login:
If no user has the automatic login attribute, the user must log in with a user
name and password. To do this, select the user name in the Login/Logout
dialogue and enter the corresponding password. Confirm the entries by
pressing the login button.
Logout:
A user logs out by pressing the Logout button on the machine.
If a user has the automatic login attribute, then this user is automatically
logged in every time the device is started or after switching modes between
touch screen and Web browser . Automatic logout is than deactivated .
