When the Instrument Detects an Abnormality During the Ozone Disinfection
Cycle
If some abnormality occurs during the ozone disinfection cycle, the instrument sometimes stops with ozone
still inside the chamber. Be sure to strictly follow the procedure below to ensure safety.
Errors notified after completion of ozone
decomposition
When some abnormality is detected during the ozone
disinfection cycle, the instrument starts ozone
decomposition. The screen backlight may be off.
Once ozone decomposition has ended, the window is
unlocked, the buzzer sounds and the screen lights up and
error details are displayed.
Check the error No., and perform the instructions given in
"Troubleshooting."
Press the "OK" button. The buzzer stops, and the screen in
front closes.

occurring during manual ozone disinfection.
A screen is displayed to inform the operator that ozone
disinfection might have been insufficiently performed as a
result of an abnormal termination.
Press the "OK" button. The screen in front closes.
If an abnormality occurs during ozone disinfection, perform
ozone disinfection again.
Errors notified when ozone might still be inside
the chamber
The buzzer sounds during the ozone disinfection cycle and
the screen lights up and error details are displayed.
Press the "OK" button. The buzzer stops, and the screen in
front closes.

occurring during manual ozone disinfection.
As there might still be ozone in the chamber, the window
stays locked and the error screen is displayed.
The instrument cannot be used. Do not attempt to open
the window, and immediately contact the nearest
authorized Sakura distributor or representative.
Ozone might still remain inside.
