Other items permit language selection, maintenance information viewing, cooling method setting, sound
setting and account setting.
Other items cannot be selected without permission of the manager or above. To set any of these items, log
on as the manager or above.
● LANGUAGE button
You can change the language. Refer to p. 1-46 for details.
● Maintenance button
Display maintenance information. Refer to p. 1-46 for details.

Cooling method button
You can select "Priority on Head Temperature Cooling" or "Priority on Chamber Temperature Cooling"
as the cooling method. Refer to p. 1-46 for details.
● Sound button
You can set the error sound, click sound, etc. Refer to p. 1-47 for details.
● Account button
You can manage/set accounts and passwords. Refer to p. 1-48 for details.
