cancellation. If the window is open, close the window. Clean
the gasket contacting the window, if dirty. If the
problem persists, contact the Sakura authorized

PRESSURE SENSOR
ERROR The pressure sensor status change
expected during vacuum circuit
operation does not occur. Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.

ozone lamp remained lit for a
specified period of time. This error may occur when a lot of acetone or
alcohol is used. Wait for a while and perform
ozone cycle. If the problem persists, contact the
Sakura authorized distributor.

CHUCK HOME POSITION
ERROR An error occurred searching for the
specimen head home. Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.

HANDWHEEL HOME
POSITION ERROR An error occurred searching for the
handwheel home with the motor
running. Motorized sectioning cannot be performed, but
manual sectioning can be performed. Check the
operating location for any obstruction. Perform
motorized sectioning again. If the problem is
repeated, contact the Sakura authorized
distributor.

around the chuck head and/or
specimen holder Check for obstruction and remove if any. If the
