  Removing the Blade Holder from the Chamber   

To adjust the blade angle (relief angle) of the blade holder or clean 
the blade holder, remove the blade holder from the chamber. 
 
1.  Tilt toward you the blade holder mounting lever indicated in blue, 

to unlock the blade holder.   

2.  Pull out the lever, and the blade holder can be removed.   
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Setting the Blade Holder in the Chamber (Normal)   

The blade holder is set in one of two positions: the normally used 
position and the position when the Cryo3 adapter is used. 
Do not put the blade holder mounting lever indicated in blue, in the 
wrong hole.   
 
1.  Set the blade holder over the blade holder locking projections in 

the chamber.   

Make sure the top face of the blade holder is flush with the flat part   
in the chamber.   

2.  Insert the blade holder mounting lever indicated in blue into the 

front hole provided in the right side face of the blade holder, and tilt
