diagnostic packet 

As a command for testing all packets in privileged mode, this command is used 

to set the length of the test packet, number sent test frames, and timeout time 

for receiving test frames, with tick as timeout time unit. 

diagnostic packet [slot slot_id [sub_system subsys_id]] [length lengtn_size] 

[num num_count] [time_out tick_count]

meaning is equivalent to cpu id in the show version
