Press grey workspace, next select <Buttons> parameter.

Assign <Checkweighing Thresholds> parameter to one of the quick access button.
•
Return to parts counting mode.
•
Press < Checkweighing thresholds> button and enter Min and Max thresholds
values. Return to parts counting mode.
•
Bar graph is displayed, its colour corresponds to the status of parts counting process.
o
yellow: current parts quantity below the set Min threshold value.
o
green: current parts quantity within the set thresholds.
o
red: current parts quantity above the set Max threshold value.
16.9. Dosing in Parts Counting Mode
Parts counting process can be aided by checkweighing function, i.e. control whether
indication does not exceed the set target value.
Dosing requires setting a target value, e.g. 100 parts, and a % tolerance. The bar graph
displays the target value as a bracket. In order to define target value press quick access
button, < Target Value>.
Procedure:
•
Press grey workspace, next select <Information> parameter.
•
Set Bar graph to YES value, return to parts counting mode.
•
Press grey workspace, next select <Buttons> parameter.
•
Assign <Target value> parameter to one of the quick access button.
•
Return to parts counting mode.
•
Press < Target Value> key and enter value corresponding to parts quantity you want
to have.
•
If tolerance option is used, determine tolerance value (0 – 100%).
•
Bar graph is displayed. It provides the following information:
o
current parts quantity on the weighing pan (indicated by means of colour – see
section 16.7.),
o
target mass value (black marker).
Caution: The checkweighing and dosing functions can operate simultaneously in the parts
counting mode. In such case the dosing tolerance is controlled by Min and Max thresholds of
the checkweighing function.
