16. PARTS COUNTING
< Parts counting> is a working mode enabling you to determine quantity of small pieces
of the same mass, which determination is done on the basis of reference weight value of
single piece. The single piece weight value can be:

determined using a reference quantity of parts subjected to weighing,

acquired from database of products,

entered manually as a numeric value.
Procedure for activation of Statistics mode:

IGo to the home screen, press pictogram.<Working modes> submenu with list of
working modes opens.
•
Select < Parts counting> mode, the home screen is displayed automatically, it
features pictogram.
Parts Counting mode screen.
1. Setup – press to access balance menu.
2. Print header – press to print data declared in
the header.
3. Print footer – press to print data declared in
the footer.
4. Products database – press to select
products from products database.
5. Set part mass – press to edit field for
entering mass of a single part.
6. Determine part mass – press to set mass of
a single part using reference sample
comprising specified number of parts, e.g.:
10 pcs, 24 pcs, etc.

The supplementary settings enable you to adjust the working mode to your needs and
requirements.
Procedure:
1. Press grey workspace area, menu is displayed.
2. Press <Settings> parameter. List of functions related to Parts Counting mode is
displayed:
