27.2. Means of Operation

Enter <PEAK HOLD> mode.
Once you select the mode, the function is active. Set the threshold (in grams)
determining point beyond which the function starts to register maximum force
applied.

From now on the balance registers and holds every single weighing which is above
the threshold, and which is higher than the result of the previous peak hold. If the
software detects mass above the threshold, the highest detected indication is held
on the main display and the pictogram <Max> is displayed on the left.
In order to print the result press button.
The start of the next process of peak hold measurement is possible only after removing
the load from the weighing pan and pressing button. This causes returning to the
home screen of <Peak Hold> mode. Pictogram <Max> is automatically deleted.
28. PRE-PACKAGED GOODS CONTROL
(mode not available in balance’s standard version)
< Prepacked Goods Controls > is a working mode enabling performance of pre-
packaged goods controls (single stand control or multi-stand control) supported by a
database containing products and operators. A control initiated using balance is
automatically finished after a pre-set packages quantity (samples) has been controlled.
Balances may connect to
E2R SYSTEM software and form a multi-stand system (network).
Each weighing instrument is an independent weighing workstation and information on the
control is sent to the computer software. Computer software enables collecting real-time data
from each of the connected weighing instruments. The system allows you to start control
process using the instrument or computer software.
Collected data allow you to assess quality of produced pre-packaged goods and their
conformity with:
•
the Regulation by the Central Office of Measures of 3 April 1997, on the requirements
concerning quantity inspection of pre-packaged goods control , which inspection is to
be carried out by means of random selection of the measurements results and sending
those results to pre-packaged goods control procedure (FOR EUROPEAN UNION).
