If you want to narrow your search further by specifying
field values, enter the desired data in the appropriate
fields. (For example, you may want to retrieve all card
history records that contain the Reissue activity and have
“Smith” in the Last Name field.) See

After you have chosen all activities and specified field
values (if any) to be matched, choose the Retrieve button
from the top of the Data Entry window to display all the
retrieved records in a browse window.

To browse through the records, use the scroll bar at the
side of the window. To scroll right or left for viewing all
fields in a record, use the scroll bar at the bottom of the
window.
To view one of the records in the Card History Data Entry
window, click on the record to highlight it, then choose
the View Record button. (To return to the list of records
from the Card History Data Entry window, choose the
Return button.)
