Viewing a cross reference table
Use these steps to view an entire cross reference table:

Display the Cross Reference Data window as described
on page 5-91.

Choose the table to be viewed from the group of buttons
or the list of table names at the top of the window.

Type
% (the percent symbol) in any non-numeric Cross
Reference Data window field. (“%” is a wildcard symbol
meaning “any characters.”)

Choose the Retrieve button to display all the records in
the selected cross reference table.

To browse through the records, use the scroll bar at the
side of the window. If a record is too long to fit in the
window, use the scroll bar at the bottom of the window
to scroll right or left.
To edit or delete a record in the table, go to
Editing a
table record on page 5-94 or Deleting a table record on
page 5-94.
To return to the Cross Reference Data window without
taking further action, choose the Exit button.
Adding a table record
Use this procedure to add a new record to a cross
reference table:

Display the Cross Reference Data window as described
on page 5-91.

Choose the table you want to change from the group of
buttons or the list at the top of the window.

Create the record to be added to the table by entering
data in the displayed fields.

When all fields are complete, choose the Add button to
add the record to the table.

To add more records, repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed.
