View the audit log as needed.
Each line is a record of a single ID-4000 transaction, and
records appear in chronological order. If all records do
not fit in a single window, you can scroll down to view
more.

To close the audit log and return to the System
Management window, choose OK.
To store the audit log as a text file or to delete audit log
records, use the procedures in the following sections.
Storing the audit log as a text file
You may want to store the audit log information as a text
file. After you create the text file containing the audit log
information, you can edit or print it with a word
processor such as Microsoft Windows Write provided
with Windows. (See
Microsoft Windows User’s Guide for
more information about Write.) It is also recommended
that you store the audit log information as a text file on
diskette before deleting records from the audit log.
Use the following steps to store the audit log records as
a text file named A_REPORT.TXT in the C:\ESMS
directory.
Warning: The audit log records are always stored as
A_REPORT.TXT. If you have stored earlier audit log
