categories, they appear in a list box.

Do one of the following to generate a list of records from
which you can select for export:
•
Type
% in the Last Name field (or any other non-numeric
field) and choose the Retrieve button to display a list of
all applicant records in the chosen category.
•
Perform a simple or an advanced search as described in
Chapter 4 to display a list of some of the applicant
records in the chosen category.
Either option produces a list of records in a browse
window.

Tag one record for deletion by clicking on it to highlight
it, then choosing the Tag button. You can also tag a
record by double-clicking on it with the mouse.

Repeat step 6 until you have tagged all the desired
records.
Tip: You can tag all records in the browse list at once by
choosing the Tag All button.
All records you tag individually appear in the bottom
pane of the window. If you tag all records in the browse
list, the bottom pane disappears.
