To return to the Administration window, choose the Exit
button.

Editing a table record

Follow this procedure to edit an existing record in a
cross reference table.

View the desired cross reference table as described on
page 5-93.

Highlight the record to be edited by clicking on it, then
display it in the Cross Reference Data window by
choosing the View Record button.

Edit the record as necessary in the Cross Reference Data
window.

Choose the Update button to copy the edited record to
the cross reference table.

To edit another record, choose the Return button to
display all the table records. Then repeat steps 2, 3 and 4.

To return to the Administration window, choose the Exit
button.

Deleting a table record

Follow this procedure to delete a record from a cross
reference table.

View the desired cross reference table as described on
page 5-93.

Highlight the record to be deleted by clicking on it, then
display it in the Cross Reference Data window by
choosing the View Record button.

Choose the Delete button to display a confirmation
dialog box, then choose Yes to delete the record.

To delete another record, choose the Return button to
display all the table records. Then repeat steps 2 and 3.

To return to the Administration window, choose the Exit
button.
