Before removing an RF shielding panel, disable the RF generators by opening the interlock 

chain. This can be done most easily by partially venting the process chamber using the 'Service 
mode' vacuum control page to isolate the chamber and open the vent valve for 10-30 

seconds, until the interlock indicator changes state.
