page, the Gas Pod 
Interlock indicator 
is coloured red.

Check that the gas pod cover is in place and fitted correctly.

In the gas pod, check the interlock microswitch and associated wiring. 

 
3)

 

Check that the process chamber pressure is below 600 mbar.
