6. Disconnect the connector [1].
NOTE
▪ When removing the connector [1], press the claw to release the lock,
then remove it.

7. Remove four screws [1], and remove the fusing unit [2].
NOTE
▪ When removing the fusing unit, hold the parts [3] shown in the
illustration. Make sure to hold it firmly so that it would not fall due to
its weight.
8. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
9. Carry out the [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] -> [New Release].
3.2 PF-P20/PF-P21
3.2.1 Replacing the tray 2/3 pick-up roller, feed roller
1. Remove the tray 2 or tray 3.

2. Unhook the tab [1], and remove the feed roller [2] and pick-up roller [3].
3. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
4. Select [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] and clear the count of [2nd Feed Count] or [3rd Feed Count].
3.2.2 Replacing the tray 2/3 separation roller
1. Slide out the tray 2 or tray 3.
