6.31 Replacing the Cutter
Replacement part: 40350-M364
1. Press MENU on the layout screen.
2. Press Maintenance to display the pop-up
menu.
3. Press DONE for the Cutter Exchange to
display the pop-up menu.
4. Press YES in the pop-up menu.
5. The chuck lowers and the spindle moves
toward the front.
6. Turn off the power once. Fix the tool holder
(40350-M369) with a spanner. Turn the G
nut (40350-M370) in the arrow mark
direction as illustrated on the right to loosen
it, and remove the cutter (40350-M364).
7. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.
* The cutter has the orientation. Attach the
cutter in the direction viewing from the “a”
direction as illustrated on the right arrow view.
Verify that the cutter does not rattle.
Turn on the power and confirm that the
grooving can be performed properly.
6.32 Replacing the Fuses
Replacement part: 80402-02060
1. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
2. Turn the fuse holder (80401-00038) at the
rear of the main body counterclockwise while
pressing it with a flatblade screwdriver.
3. Replace the glass slow-blow fuses (80402-
02060) with new ones.
4. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.
