13. Y AXIS encoder indication: output of the Y axis encoder (It becomes 0 by pressing the
Clear button.)
14. Y AXIS button:
1) Pressing the << button moves downward (departs from the origin).
2) Pressing the >> button moves upward (approaches to the origin).
15. R AXIS encoder indication: output of the Rotation axis encoder (It becomes 0 by pressing
the Clear button.)
16. R AXIS button:
1) Pressing the << button turns the R axis in the upper cutting direction .
2) Pressing hte >> button turns the R axis in the lower cutting direction.
17. CHUCK encoder indication: output of the Chuck axis encoder (It becomes 0 by pressing
the Clear button.)
18. CHUCK button:
1) Pressing the << button closes the Chuck axis.
2) Pressing the >> button opens the Chuck axis.
19. SPINDLE MOTOR rotating numbers indication: shows the rotating numbers of the
main spindle [rpm]
20. SPINDLE MOTOR button:
1) Pressing the << button increases the rotating numbers.
2) Pressing the >> button decreases the rotating numbers.
* The rotating numbers are shown in 7 steps (1000rpm increments) from 0 - 600rpm.
21. Compact flash card type indiation: shows the type of the compact flash card that is
inserted into the system.
22. LMU F feeler lifting sensor voltage indication: shows the voltage of feeler lifting sensor
for the right (front) lens measuring unit. (The adjustable range of the sensor is 900 - 950.)
23. LMU R feeler lifting sensor voltage indication: shows the voltage of feeler lifting sensor
for the left (rear) lens measuring unit. (The adjustable range of the sensor is 900 - 950.)
24. SFB motor driving current indication: shows the driving current which is input to the
wheel motor of the SFB unit. (It is approximately 100 - 200 when the motor drives.)
25. DRILL motor driving current indication: shows the driving current which is input to the
spindle motor of the drilling unit. (It is approximately 40 - 140 when the motor drives.)
26. SPINDLE motor driving current indication: shows the driving current which is input to
the main spindle.
27. SFB button:
1) Pressing the << button moves the SFB unit to the processing position.
2) Pressing the >> button moves the SFB unit to the stand-by (origin) position.
28. LMU F ENC indication: shows the encoder output for measuring the feeler moving
amount of the left (front) lens measuring unit. (It becomes 0 by pressing the Clear button.)
29. LMU F ENC button:
1) Pressing the << button moves the feeler to the right (departs from the origin).
2) Pressing the >> button moves the feeler to the left (returns to the origin).
30. LMU R ENC indication: shows the encoder output for measuring the feeler moving
amount of the right (rear) lens measuring unit. (It becomes 0 by pressing the Clear button.)
