7.14 Test Mode

* Pay attention to avoid from hitting the axes and such to the mechanical end or interfering the
axes, since the system does not check the interference and moving amount of the axes in Test
mode. The state (position) of each axis will not be returned by initialization and such after exiting
from the Test mode. Firstly return the position of each axis to the intial one to a certain extent,
and then turn on the power of the main body.

Indications and function of buttons

1. SFB MOTOR button: the SFB wheel motor drives only while pressed.
2. DRILL MOTOR button: the spindle motor for the drill drives only while pressed.
3. DRILL (Z) button:

1) Pressing the << button moves the drilling unit toward the front (departs from the origin).
2) Pressing the >> button moves the drilling unit toward the rear (approaches to the origin).

4. DRILL (R) button

1) Pressing the << button turns the drilling unit clockwise.
2) Pressing the >> button turns the drilling unit counterclockwise (to the origin sensor).

5. COVER MOTOR button

1) Pressing the Close button closes the electric operated cover.
2) Pressing the Open button opens the electric operated cover.

6. SSR1 button: the outlet (on the side of cleaning pump) of the PUMP 1 responds.
7. SSR2 button: the outlet (on the side of cleaning pump) of the PUMP 2 responds.
8. SSR3 button: the outlet of the VACUUM responds.
9. LAMP button: the illumination of the processing chamber lights up.
10. Sensor ON/OFF indication: the background is red when it is ON. The background is

white when it is OFF.

1) OVF: Water overflow sensor indication (It is ON when the sensor responds.)
2) XAXIS: X axis origin sensor indication (It is ON when the axis is in the origin.)
3) YAXIS: Y axis origin sensor indiation (It is ON when the axis is in the origin.)
4) RAXIS: Rotation axis origin sensor indication (It is ON when the axis is in the origin.)
5) CHUCK: Chuck axis origin sensor indication (It is ON when the axis is in the origin.)
6) F_LMU: Left (front) measurig unit origin sensor indication (It is OFF when the axis is in the

origin.)

7) R_LMU: Right (rear) measuring unit origin sensor indication (It is OFF when the axis is in

the origin.)

8) DRL_Z: Drilling unit (in foward and backward direction) origin sensor indication (It is ON

when the axis is in the origin.)

9) DRL_R: Drilling unit (in rotation direction) origin sensor indication (It is ON when the axis

is in the origin.)

10) SFB: SFB unit origin sensor indication (It is ON when the unit is in stand-by state.)
11) COVER: Electric operated cover close sensor indication (It is ON when the cover is closed.)

11. X AXIS encoder indication: output of the X axis encoder (It becomes 0 by pressing the

Clear button.)

12. X AXIS button:

1) Pressing the << button moves the X axis to the right (departs from the origin).
2) Pressing the >> button moves the X axis to the left (approaches to the origin).
