Statistics are Not Displayed Correctly

For example, "2015/11/14" is displayed because the statistical information before the time of this product is corrected
is displayed. This product treats the information from startup to time correction as statistical information of the initial
time. For the initial time, see Section 5.6.11.

7.1.12.

Is there an Error Log Display for Network Communication?

Event logs can be checked. Check the event log on the web setting, [Maintenance]-[Information]-[Event Log] screen.
For the details, refer to Section 3.4.11.

7.1.13.

Cannot Connect with IPsec

If this product does not allow IPSec communication, check the following points.

1. When OPT 1 lamp remains orange

IPsec tunnel cannot be created. Settings may be incorrect. Check the following setting values.

①

Destination address is correct.

②

The pre-shared key matches the setting of the peer device.

③

The local ID and remote ID of IKE Phase 1 must match the setting of the peer device.

*In IKEv2, the local ID and the remote ID of the IKE_SA_INIT exchange must match the setting of the peer

device

④

The local ID and remote ID of IKEv Phase 2 must match the setting of the peer device.

*In IKEv2, local traffic selector and remote traffic selector for IKE_AUTH exchange matches with setting of the

peer device

⑤

The encryption and authentication algorithms match the setting of the peer device.

. When the OPT1 lamp is green, but data communication is not available.

If there is a sub network to be encrypted on the LAN, explicitly set the LAN subnetwork by static routing setting.

②

If the ALERT2 lamp is orange, activation has not been completed; hence packets from the LAN cannot be
transferred to the WAN. Perform the activation operation.
