Solving System Problems 7-11

Choose Full or Express to restore your hard disk drive to its original
factory installed state.

If you choose Full, the Confirm Your Choice screen appears.
Proceed to step 6.

If you choose Express, the recovery process begins immediately.
A screen with progress bars displays and lets you know the
progress of the recovery.

Do not turn off or disturb the system during the
recovery process.

Proceed to step 8.

If you chose Full, read the Confirm Your Choice screen.

A warning displays indicating that your hard disk is about to be
erased.

Select Continue to proceed to perform a Full restore.

If you select Go Back, the restore program returns to the prior screen
which has an exit option.

If you select Continue, a screen with progress bars displays and lets
you know the progress of the recovery.

Do not turn off or disturb the system during the
recovery process.

When the recovery process is complete, you are prompted to remove
the CD from the CD-ROM drive and reboot your system.
