HES Installation in Remote Oil & Gas Tank Battery

HART-IP provides an easy to use connection to the DCS and the asset manager. HART data is
available for immediate use across the network with the ability to send HART data. The HES
provides read access to all HART devices. The HES also supports up to four concurrent
MODBUS/TCP connections as well as HART-IP. See figure 7.2
