Operation with the Touch Panel

Indicates the layout file name.
g. Status Display
Under normal conditions the following buttons appear black indicating the particular function
is turned off. When the function is turned on, the color changes according to the status of the
Marker.
i.
INTRLK release
Changes to yellow when a system interlock is present.
ii.
Safe shut
Changes to green when the safety shutter is open.
iii.
EMER stop
Changes to red when the emergency stop function is activated (i.e. when the emergency
stop button is pressed).
iv.
KeySW
Changes to green when the Control keyswitch is turned on.
v.
Guide
Changes to green when the guide beam is on.
vi.
Laser
Changes to green when the LD (Laser Diode) is turned off.
h. Screen Switching Buttons
The five buttons located in the lower portion of the screen, indicate the names of the other
function screens.

i. Scanner Temperature Warning
Lights up yellow when the galvanoscanner temperature is out of range. This indicator is
effective only when the optional scanner with temperature compensation is present.
j. Temperature Warning
Lights up yellow when the Laser temperature is out of the range. (When activated, the
temperature warning signal is also present on the external I/O pins.)
k. Remote / Local
Lights up in yellow when
Remote
(external I/O) is selected. (When activated, control through
the Operation unit is not possible.)
