ACR/ACW (Consumables operating time)
Read the cumulative operating hours of the LD.
Initialize (Set) the cumulative operating hours when the LD is replaced.

Execute this command when replacing the LD, and set the LD wavelength and the LD current
limit.
t0: LD wavelength (0.1nm increment)
t1: LD current limit (0.1A increment)
