5: BASIC OPERATION

In the figure at right, the characters
TEST
are located in the mark field.
7. When adding another character line, press
the
Next
button.
8. When deleting a registered line, press the
Next or Last button to display the line
number, then press the line number to
select. Use the
Delete
screen to delete the
characters.
9. Once the layout file has been created, the line position will be displayed as a text frame in the
mark field.
If the text frame is not displayed, press the intersection of dotted lines. This will update the
field and display the text frame.
Once the mark field is defined, the data can be marked by pressing the
Operate
button to
return back to the
Operate
screen.
