PLC alarm of
Type4
An alarm that requires
the outage and the
machine reset
depending on the
machine state has
occurred. (Type4)
1. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
2. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
3. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
* This alarm always occurs at the same time as other
errors under certain conditions.
- If a Type4 alarm occurs in any machine state:
• All cycles of the machine are stopped.
• Machine is reset.
• The carriage returns to parking.
• The machine will be in a standby state.

Type2
An alarm that requires
the print to stop
depending on the
machine state has
occurred. (Type2)
1. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
2. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
3. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
* This alarm always occurs at the same time as other
errors during printing (it does not occur except during
printing).
- If it occurs during printing:
• The carriage returns to parking.
• The machine will be in a paused state.

PLC alarm of
Type5
An alarm that requires
an emergency stop
depending on the
machine state has
occurred. (Type5)
1. Check the following items.
(1) Are all 4 emergency switches on the machine
released?
(2) Are the machine covers (6 places) completely
closed?
(3) Whether the maintenance cover is completely
closed.
(4) If you are using an optional unit, confirm that all
emergency stop switches on the unit side are
released.
(5) Whether there is something shading the area
sensor.
2. Press the emergency reset switch.
3. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
4. Turn off the power of the internal PC and then the
main power of the machine in this order, and then turn
on again after a while.
5. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
* An alarm that occurs at the same time when a specific
alarm occurs.
- If a Type5 alarm occurs in any machine state:
• The machine will make an emergency stop for all
cycles.
• The machine will be in an emergency-like state.
* [SYSTEM]-> [Power]-> [Reset machine] is required.
