Unwinder Bypass

The feeding unit is
bypassed.

[For Unwinder Paper]
It will be displayed if Unwinder bypass is enabled in
MPC, so follow the steps below to disable the bypass:

1. Disable [MPC] > [Settings] > [Machine] > [Winder -

Unwinder] -> [Unwinder Bypass].

2. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and

tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.

3. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the

[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.

4. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local

distributor, our sales office, or service center.

* If this page is displayed:

- Unwinder Paper cannot be used.

(Cannot operate, does not work)

- [Unwinder Disable] is displayed on the operation

panel screen.

- The following alarm does not occur. (Bypassed)

• Unwinder Dancer Roll Down
• Media End
• Unwinder Drive Fault
• Warning Unwinder in Manual mode
• Unwinder big diameter

* The area sensor and emergency switch are still
movable even if the Unwinder bypass is enabled.
