F594 0 Winder Bypass
The Take-up unit is
bypassed.
It will be displayed if Winder bypass is enabled in MPC,
so follow the steps below to disable the bypass:
1. Disable [MPC] > [Settings] > [Machine] > [Winder-
Unwinder] -> [Winder Bypass].
2. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
3. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
4. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
* If this page is displayed:
- The automatic operation of the dryerjet paper is
disabled. (Manual operation is possible)
- The following alarm does not occur. (Bypassed)
• Unitech Heater Generic Alarm
• Dryerjet Dancer Down
• Dryerjet Dancer Up
• Dryerjet Winder big diameter
• Dryerjet Heater Timeout
• Dryerjet Breaking Paper
* The area sensor and emergency switch are still
movable even if the Winder bypass is enabled.

An alarm that requires
the print to stop
depending on the
machine state has
occurred. (Type3)
1. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
2. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
3. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
* This alarm always occurs at the same time as other
errors depending on the machine state.
- If it occurs during printing:
• The print operation (scan) is stopped.
• The carriage returns to parking.
• The machine will be in a standby state.
- If it occurs during the jog, the jog may be stopped.
- If this occurs while the machine is waiting, printing
cannot be started.
