Structure
An outline of the structure each of the sections in the DRYPRO 771 is set out below.
Film will be transported from 1) through 6) in a printing process.
1) Supply Section
Picks up film one sheet at a time from the supply tray and feeds it to the descent
transport section.
2) Descent Transport Section
Feeds film received from the supply section to the position controller.
3) Exposure Section
Executes laser scanning in synchronization with the film feed process and writes
images on the film.
4) Elevator Transport Section
Feeds the film on which the image has been written to the heat processing section.
5) Heat Processing Section
Develops film on which the image has been written by applying heat.
6) Cooling Section
Cools the film that is heated in the heat processing.
The cooling section is comprised of the primary cooling unit and secondary cooling unit.
7) Ejection Transport Section
Ejects heat-processed film.
8) Deodorant Filter
Eliminates odors arising during heat processing. This filter must be periodically
replaced.
9) Electrical Section
This section comprises the power supply unit as well as units for overall control of the
DRYPRO 771, communication with diagnostic devices, image processing and other
control units.
9) Operation Panel/Message Display Window
Used to operate the DRYPRO 771 and make settings.
