Description

Through Ethernet, the TV80 system can communicate with any
peripheral device that can benefit from the processed data. This
interface will require the absolute identity of the remote UDP port
and the remote IP address.

Details

You can change the name
of the port. This will help
you identify it easily.

device) you want to
export the information to.

Remote Port

Enter the port of the remote computer that receives the data. To find the port
number on the peripheral device, consult the documentation for the device, and/or
the application to be used on it.

Format

Select which datagram format to export.

• Simrad PSIMP datagram format

Selecting

PSIMP

your TV80 will output both PSIMP-D1 and PSIMP-F

datagram formats.

• Simrad PSIMTV80 datagram format

Simrad PSIMTV80s a proprietary datagram format created by Kongsberg
Maritime to provide data related to the measurements and location of the
sensors in the gear from the TV80 catch monitoring software.
