Description

The

Advanced

dialog box shows the measurements or functions defined in the

corresponding

PX Configurator

dialog box. You can define a minimum and a maximum

range value for every measurement.

Note

Observe that the units used are the standard international units and not those defined
in the

Units

dialog box.

When a catch monitoring sensor takes a measurement outside the range values defined, it
will not be displayed or will present an exception value.

Follow the instructions provided in the dialog box.

Select Sensors dialog box

With the

Select Sensors

dialog box you are adding previously configured sensors to the

TV80. The

Select Sensors

dialog box is very useful for analysis purposes.

How to open

The

Select sensors

dialog box is opened from the

Add New Sensor

dialog box. To open the

Add New Sensor

dialog box, select

Add New Sensor

at the bottom of the

Sensor list

page in

the

Installation

dialog box. The

Sensor List

page is located in the

Installation

dialog box.

The

Installation

dialog box is located on the

Setup

menu.

Description

This dialog box is commonly called the “offline” mode for configuring. With the

Select

sensors

dialog box, you are not configuring the catch monitoring sensors.

You must select where to place the sensors on your gear. The gear illustration will show
an icon in the shape of a sensor indicating where the sensor is located. No matter the
sensor you choose, the icon will always be the same.

Before you can read data from the catch monitoring sensors, you must define which
sensors to use, and which measurements they shall provide. You must also define the
communication parameters.
