Description

The flexibility of the TV80 allows you to
choose and define the gear you are going
to work with. This may prove useful if
you want to use different gears or test
their behaviour in different operational
scenarios. Creating a fishing gear profile
for every net, will help you save a lot of
time and efforts whenever you change
operations. You can create a new fishing
gear profile or editing its name for easier
identification.

Depending on the fishing scenario, you
may prefer to use one or another gear
setup, with the sensors placed in a different
position or with different readings.

Details

New Gear Setup

You can choose a gear from the ones provided, give a new name to it and, in some
cases, define its depth and length.

Edit Gear

You can change the name of a selected gear.

You can also find the destination folder of that selected gear. This may proof
very useful if you want to share your setting with another user or study different
fishing scenarios.

Delete

If you don’t need a gear, you can remove it. You will not be asked for confirmation.
