Procedure

Select the

Display

icon to open the menu.

Select the middle of the

Language

button to open the list of available options.

Tip

You can also select the [

+

] or [

–

] buttons to navigate through the different options.

Select the language you wish to use.

Result

All the texts in the user interface are changed to the selected language.

The context sensitive on-line help may also be available in your language. To change the
language in the on-line help, you may need to restart the TV80 system.

Selecting measurement units

The TV80 system is prepared to work with several international standards for units of
measurements. From the

Units

dialog box you control which units of measurements

that are used.

Context

The user interface presents many measurements. These measurements are for example
related to depth, speed and temperature. Use the

Units

options to select the units of

measurements you want to work with. The TV80 system uses them in all presentations.
You only need to define them once.

Procedure

Select the

icon to open the menu.

Observe that the

Units

dialog box opens.

Adjust the settings to fit your requirements.

to save the selected settings and close the dialog box.
