Saving a screen capture from the Spectrum dialog box
The TV80 offers a spectrum analyser that shows the signals from each hydrophone. The
graph in the
Spectrum
dialog box provides you with information about the background
noise and the signal strength in the selected frequency band.
Context
To save an instantaneous image of the current frequency spectrum, select
Screen Captures
in the
Spectrum
dialog box. A small dialog box opens to show you the destination
folder of the image file.
Procedure
1 Select the
Setup
icon to open the menu.
2 On the
Setup
menu, select
Spectrum
to open the dialog box.
3 Select
Screen Captures
.

Accessing the screen capture images to delete, move or
copy them
Once the screen capture images have been saved, you may also wish to delete them, copy
them, or move them from the computer to a separate storage device.
Prerequisites
It is assumed that you are familiar with the Microsoft ® operating system utilities for
file handling.
You need a data storage device. This is typically a large capacity USB flash drive or a
small portable hard disk. You can also connect the computer to a network, and copy
the files to a server.
Procedure
1 Prepare a data storage device.
2 Select the
Setup
icon.
The icon is located under the
Main
menu. It is used to open the
Setup
menu.
3 Select
Screen Captures
to access the image folder with the images you have created.
