The T OS9201 can perform DC withstanding v oltage tests for a wide v oltage range
of up to 6 kV (maximum output of 50 W and maximum duration of 1 minute). The
tester is equipped with a stable, lo w-ripple DC/DC con v erter with a v oltage re gula -
tion of 1 % or less.
