3.13.3 Suspending the program
To suspend the test while running a program, press the STOP switch.
To start the program from the beginning, press the START switch.
3.13.4 Judgement on the program

P ASS judg ement
When the interv al time for each step is set to other than HOLD, the program mak es
a P ASS judgement if a P ASS judgement is made for e v ery step (only if the pro -
grammed repeat test is set to END).
A P ASS judgement is made after the interv al time for the pre vious step has elapsed.
The tester then returns to the READ Y status.
If the interv al time for an y step is set to HOLD, the test does not proceed to the ne xt
step unless the ST AR T switch is pressed.

F AIL judg ement
Once a F AIL judgement is made while the program is being run, the test stops at
that step.
Check the f ailed step and press the ST OP switch.
If the ST AR T switch is pressed ag ain, the program starts from the be ginning.
3.13.5 Exiting the program
T o e xit the PR OGRAM mode in order to return to the normal mode, press the A CW
k e y (or the DCW or IR k e y).
The LED on the A UT O k e y goes of f, and the test-condition setting screen appears.
3.14 Key Lock
The k e y lock function is used to pre v ent the unintentional alteration of test condi -
tions.
T o lock the panel settings, press the SHIFT + LOCAL/KEY LOCK k e ys.
On the panel, only the ST AR T and ST OP switches are operable.
While the k e y lock function is on, “KEY LOCK” is displayed on the LCD.
T o cancel the k e y lock function, press the SHIFT + LOCAL/KEY LOCK k e ys.
