In the panel window, the error numbers follow E in the display.
Error No. Error name Description, action, etc.
6BF Position data sum check error [Detail & Cause]
An error was detected in the position data. Contents in
Info.1 in the error list show the data domain the error was
detected.
Info.1 = 1: Data stored in the flash ROM (from No. 10001)
Info.1 = 2: Data stored in the retention memory (from No.
1 to 10000)
[Countermeasure]
The position data will not be initialized even if an error is
detected. To cancel the error, have the data initialized.
Also conduct the flash ROM writing if the error was
detected in the flash ROM domain. Contact IAI in case the
same error occurs even after initializing (flash ROM
writing).
6C7 SEL global data control domain

[Detail & Cause]
An error was detected in SEL global data stored in the
retention memory. This may occur also when the power is
accidently turned off during the initialization of SEL global
data.
[Countermeasure]
SEL global data will not be initialized even if an error is
detected. To cancel the error, have the data initialized.
Contact IAI in case the same error occurs even after
initializing.
