Privilege Violation

A processing fault occurred during operation. Cycle power to the
oscilloscope, or perform a hard reset by cycling power with one of the
softkeys depressed. If this does not correct the problem, contact your
HP Sales Office.

Scope self-test passed

This message appears when one of the oscilloscope self-tests passes.

The selected channel is not displayed: Please select another

The channel you selected with the Select knob is off. These channels appear
highlighted in the upper-left corner of the measurement display. Either turn
on the channel before moving it, or select a different channel to move. To
turn on the channel (HP 54645D only):

Select the channel using the DIGITAL Position knob.

Press the On softkey under the labeled channel on the softkey line. 
If necessary, press the D0-D15 key first.

To select a different channel to move, use the Select knob.

Selected channel is positioned at the bottom

This message appears when you turn the HP 54645D DIGITAL Position knob
counterclockwise and the selected channel is already at the bottom of the
display.

Selected channel is positioned at the top

This message appears when you turn the HP 54645D DIGITAL Position knob
clockwise and the selected channel is already at the top of the display.

The front panel is locked via the computer interface

This message appears when an instrument controller, such as a PC or
workstation, has locked the oscilloscope’s front panel using the
SYSTem:LOCK command.

The Label List has been initialized to default labels

This message appears after the oscilloscope reinitializes the label list.
(HP 54645D only)
