5.3 Configuring a secondary PGM

When a PGM is configured as redundant, the secondary PGM block is added to the Project view automatically.

Perform the following steps to configure a secondary PGM

In the Project view, right-click the secondary PGM block icon and select

Module Properties

The secondary PGM configuration form appears.

In the

Tag Name

box, type the name of the secondary PGM block (a maximum of 16 characters) or accept

the default.

In the

Item Name

box, type the item name.

Use the online help as a guide to complete the configuration entries on all other tabs.

Click
