Check the fuses from the entry power module .
Ø
Check the on-board fuses F1 and F2
Ø
Check all connectors and cables for damage
Ø
Do check if both (big) motor capacitors in the IBP board are connected properly.
Ø
Check LED H2 (green, on PIB):
If it lights up, the +5 V supply voltage is OK.
If not:
- check mains plug, mains switch, mains fuse
- check connector X41 (wiring and placement).
- check the electrical connection between connector X41 and the PEM
If the mains on connector X41 is 150 - 264 V~, then a short circuit or overload condition on the +5 V output may be
present. To locate the possible cause of the condition:

Both bearings are bonded into place in the main shaft. In between the two positions the polygon ring is
positioned.
It is not possible to replace the bearings or the polygon ring: the only solution is replacing the complete main
shaft. To check the vibratory it is necessary to perform the service codes C59, C63, C64, C66, C69, C71, C72,
C74, C75, C103, C104 by using the test rotor.

Defective vibratory assembly may cause the following malfunctions:
1. After the balancing cycle the machine show error 001-021.
2. After the balancing cycle the machine show error 001-022.
3. The balancer shows wrong balancing values.
4. The balancer chases weight.
5. The shaft shows excessive play.
Ø
Remove the fl ange or the balancing shaft from the balancer.
Ø
Turn the machine off.
Ø
Disconnect the power supply from the the machine.
Ø
Remove the weight tray and plastic plugs rom the front of the cabinet.
Ø
Disconnect the fl at cable of the Optoencoder, transducers from connector X3 of the IBP board.
Ø
Disconnect the motor cable.
Ø
Disconnect the brake pads.
Ø
Remove the rear transducer .
Ø
Remove the three plastic plugs from the cabinet to access to the hex vibratory assembly bolts.
Ø
Using 1/4” drive 6mm hex head remove the six hex bolts to the vibratory. Pay special attention of spacer
placement.
