Remove the screws and the spring to get the brake bands dismounted.

Apply a small amount of white lithium grease between the shaft and band before installing.

Using a 6.5”x15” wheel wheel tighten bands to where the tire and wheel assembly will stop after 1 1/2 to 2

revolutions after the brake kicks in.

4.20 CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE POWER CLAMP NUT AND TIE ROD

Medium Phillips and ﬂ at screwdriver, 5 and mm allen key, 13mm wrench tire lever, scissors.

Defective power clamp may cause the following malfunctions:

1.  E14 after the wheel clamping.
2.  001090 after wheel clamping
3.  001091 after wheel unclamping
4.  Wheel sleapage.

TO CHECK AND REPL ACE THE POWER CLAMP

Diconnect the power supply from the machine.

Remove the weight tray.

Unscrew the 2 screws that secure the ﬂ ange to the vibratory system.

Turn the ring to match its holes with screws head
