11 Servicing

SMGB0070 rev. 1 - 08/2011

Remove plate heat exchanger with water and refrigerant
pipes and expansion valve.

Install new one by performing the procedures above in
reverse way.

N O T E

• Be careful do not lose the gaskets.
• Check the gaskets, if it is defective, replace by a

new ones.

In case on remove only the heat exchanger.

Remove service cover.

Remover electrical box cover.

Turn electrical box by removing screws.

Remove manometer by perform procedure

Replace ma-

nometer

Remove LCD controller by perform procedure

Replace

LCD controller

Remove LCD control control support by unscrew nuts.

Remove Refrigerant liquid thermistor (THM

) from pipe

by perform procedure

Replace thermistors

Remove brazing from the four places (refrigerant side
and water side).

Unscrew the two nuts holding the plate heat exchanger.

Remove plate heat exchanger .

Install new one by performing the procedures above in
reverse way.
